Motor Vault Fountain Hills

Motor Vault in Fountain Hills sells private garage suites instead of renting storage spaces, with deeded ownership, a clubhouse and owner events. The suites are built for cars, motorcycles, boats, RVs and other recreational vehicles. Each garage has a 20-foot ceiling and a 14-foot remote-control door sized for the tallest trailered boats and motorhomes. Every unit has 110V power, multiple outlets and its own electric meter. The community is described as a private, gated enclave of owners. Items named for storage include collector cars, luxury trucks, RVs and motorhomes, boats and jet skis, motorcycles and ATVs. The company also has a Deer Valley location, with more communities planned in Arizona and South Carolina. Rated 5.0 from 18 Google reviews, all 18 of them five stars.
